The skeleton is newly equipped with a gladiator, a formidable warrior who fought in the amphitheater during the ancient Roman era. Gladiators were classified according to their physique, armament, and fighting style, and Takayuki Takeya has designed and sculpted two representative types of gladiators. The "Sekutru," a pursuit fighter, is a gladiator who developed from the "Murmillo," a fish-helmeted fighter characterized by the flashy shape of his helmet. He has a simple helmet with only holes for his eyes, a metal shoulderplate on the right side that is attached to his body with a leather belt, and larger metal shin pads on both legs, giving him a more practical and distinctive style. The figure is sculpted with the double-edged dagger "Gladius" and the large shield "Cetratus", which are both used in battle, along with the metal expression. The figure is different from the skeleton warriors, which were popular for their Japanese-style atmosphere, and you can enjoy the distinctive style of this figure equipped with weapons and armor from the ancient Roman era. The item also allows the user to feel the sorrow of a gladiator who fought his way through the arena while held in slavery and unwillingness to fight, which is exuded only because the skeleton is equipped. The skeleton itself is a renewed version with newly developed 4mm joints placed at all joints. The joint strength has been increased, allowing the figure to hold its weapon stably despite its thin limbs, making it even easier to play with. All of the gladiator's equipment is removable, allowing the skeleton to be displayed alone. A skull with a sunken head and missing teeth is housed under the helmet. A pedestal is also included to stand the figure stably while posing. In addition to the basic equipment, the short sword Gladius and the oval shield Cetratus, a long sword Spata is also included. Each piece of equipment is designed to express the scratches and dents of the used equipment, and the dull metallic texture of the faded color that matches the style of the skeleton.
